Apricot and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

6 apricots, pitted and halved
2 bananas, peeled
1 glass of water
2 tablespoons golden flax seeds

Method:

Combine the apricots, bananas and water in a blender. Cover and process until blended.

Pour into chilled glasses. Sprinkle the flax seeds on top and serve immediately.
