Avocado, Kale and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients:
240ml kombucha
240ml non-fat plain yogurt
1/2 medium avocado
1 medium banana, frozen
1 medium kiwi fruit, peeled
480g spinach
240g kale, packed
Method:
1. Place the kombucha and yogurt in a blender. Add in the rest of the ingredients
2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
