Banana, Honey and Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, halved
300ml plain yoghurt
30ml honey
2 apples, peeled and coarsely grated
30ml peanut butter
400ml low fat milk
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and process for one minute until the mixture is blended and smooth.
2. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
