Broccoli With Garlic and Preserved Lemon Tahini Sauce

Ingredients:
200g Tenderstem broccoli,
1 tbsp Tahini,
2–3 tbsp Lukewarm water,
2 Finely chopped preserved lemons,
1 Minced clove garlic,
2 tbsp Olive oil
Coarsely ground black pepper
Method:
1. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil. Add the broccoli and cook for between 5 and 6 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the tahini with the lukewarm water. It will loosen up to the consistency of a sauce, but shouldn’t be watery.
3. Add the preserved lemons, garlic and a generous amount of pepper and mix well.
4. Drain the broccoli and tip into a bowl. Drizzle over the oil, then pour in the tahini and stir until the broccoli is well coated.
Serve immediately.
