Carrot, Apple and Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 carrots
1 orange
20g ginger
2 apples
1/2 lemon
450g mangoes, frozen
2 teaspoons flaxseed oil
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
110ml carrot juice
Pepper, for serving

Method:

1. Peel the carrots, orange, and ginger. Afterwards, core the apples.

2. Roughly chop all these fruit up, then add them to a blender.

3. Juice the lemon. Add the mangoes, lemon juice, flaxseed oil, ground turmeric and carrot juice to the blender, and blend until smooth.

4. Serve and top with pepper to taste.
