Chocolate Cauliflower Mousse

Ingredients:

1 head cauliflower
60ml cacao powder
1 tablespoon gelatin
4 tablespoons sweetener of choice

Method:

1. Steam the cauliflower until soft.

2. In a high-speed blender, blend all of the ingredients together.

3. Pour into serving cups. Eat right away or refrigerate for a few hours until firm.
