Coconut, Mango and Coriander Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 mango, fresh or frozen
1/3 avocado
1/2 lemon
1 handful coriander
250ml fresh coconut water
1 handful ice or extra coconut water

Method:

1. Squeeze the lemon in a citrus squeezer to extract the juice. Alternatively, you can add the lemon and blend it whole.

2. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend for at least 45 to 60 seconds.

3. Pour the mixture into large serving glasses, and enjoy!
