Curry Fish Balls

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable cooking oil
150g red onions or shallots, minced
100g golden curry paste
240ml water
240ml milk or coconut milk
25 fish balls, home-made or store-bought
Method:
1. In a frying pan, add the cooking oil and allow it to get hot. Add the onions or shallots, and cook until they become slightly softened.
2. Add the curry paste, letting the heat dissolve it completely. Afterwards, pour in the water and milk. Stir the contents to mix well.
3. Place the fish balls in the pan, coating them with the curry mixture. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat after boiling.
4. Serve while hot!
