Easy Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Ingredients:

150g milk chocolate
110g salted peanuts
1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter

Method:

1. Break the milk chocolate slab into tiny pieces and add them to a small microwave proof bowl. Add the peanut butter.

2. Place the bowl with chocolate and peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds or until the contents melt.

3. Stir the chocolate thoroughly until it’s fully melted. If it’s not melted yet, keep microwaving it in small intervals.

4. Place the peanuts in a bowl and coat them with the chocolate and peanut butter mixture.

5. Fill some cupcake liners with the peanut and chocolate mixture, and chill in the fridge for 15 mins or until solid.
