Frozen Banana Cereal Pops

Ingredients:

180ml strawberry yoghurt

50g cereal of choice

4 medium bananas, peeled and cut crosswise in half

8 wooden popsicle sticks

 

Method:

  1. Place the yoghurt and cereal in separate shallow bowls.
  2. Insert pop sticks through the cut side of the bananas.
  3. Dip the bananas in the yoghurt, then roll in the cereal to coat.
  4. Transfer these to waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Freeze until firm for one hour.
  5. Transfer the cereal pops to airtight freezer containers. Seal these containers and return the pops to the freezer.
