Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Pasta

Ingredients:
For the chicken:
450g boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon garlic pepper
15g grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
For the pasta:
240g ready-made pasta of your choice
230g tomato sauce
2 tablespoons garlic pepper
1 tablespoon granular sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Method:
1. In either a resealable bag or container, mix together the garlic pepper, Parmesan cheese, and crushed red pepper. Set aside.
2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite size pieces before adding to the resealable container. Shake until the pieces are fully coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Once the chicken has marinated, heat a large frying pan over medium high heat with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Once the pan becomes hot, add the chicken and spread evenly in the pan. Leave the pieces untouched for four minutes before flipping. Cook for another two to three minutes after flipping.
5. While the chicken cooks, microwave the pasta. In a bowl, combine the tomato sauce with the garlic pepper, sweetener, and crushed red pepper.
6. Add the pasta and tomato sauce to the cooked chicken, and stir. Simmer for a few minutes, until the sauce is completely warm and everything is mixed well.
7. Remove from the heat. Serve and enjoy!
