Grapefruit-Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon grapefruit zest, finely grated
60ml grapefruit juice
3 tablespoons honey
4 300g pork rib chops
Salt and pepper, for seasoning
Method:
1. Combine the grapefruit zest, juice and honey in a bowl. Whisk together.
2. Season the pork rib chops with at least a quarter teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Grill the chops for seven to nine minutes per side.
3. Continue grilling the chops, while basting them with the grapefruit mixture, for two to three minutes. Let them rest for five minutes after cooking.
4. Drizzle the remaining grapefruit mixture on top of the chops. Serve with a side of greens and enjoy!
