Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients:
6 lamb chops
1 tablespoon rosemary leaves
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Paprika for taste
1 teaspoon thyme leaves
1 teaspoon white pepper
Salt and pepper to season
Method:
1. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper. Put to the side.
2. In a food processor, blend the rosemary, garlic, paprika, thyme and white pepper together. Marinate the lamb chops and refrigerate for an hour (or overnight for maximum flavour).
3. Once thoroughly marinated, bring the chops to room temperature and remove the marinade.
4. Cook the chops on a heated grill pan for 3 – 5 minutes, flipping occasionally until browned.
5. When the lamb chops are grilled, take them off and serve after 10 minutes.
