Grilled Salmon with Honey

Ingredients:
240g salmon fillet
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tsp olive oil
1 pinch salt (optional)
Ground pepper to taste (optional)
Method:
1. Cut the salmon fillet into two similarly sized pieces.
2. Place the pieces inside a resealable plastic bag. Add the honey and soy sauce, then mix well. Allow the fish to marinate for two hours in the refrigerator.
3. Remove the fish from the bag. Grill the fish for eight to ten minutes, depending on thickness of the fillet pieces, and turn them over once.
4. Season the fish with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
