Healthy Glow Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients:
450g fresh pumpkin, peeled and sliced into cubes
1 banana sliced
1 green apple, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons peanut butter, salt-free and sugar-free
165ml coconut milk
Ground cinnamon for dusting (optional)
Method:
1. Steam the pumpkin cubes until they are very soft, then drain.
2. Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add a dash of water for a desired consistency.
3. Pour into glasses and dust with a little ground cinnamon.
