Kale Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 avocado
2 kiwis
100g raw kale
1 tablespoon chia seeds
360ml apple juice
6 ice cubes
Method:
1. Peel and chop the avocado and kiwis.
2. Toss the pieces in your blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into glasses.
