Lemon and Garlic Fish

Ingredients:

200g butter, melted
120ml lemon juice
5 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika or chilli powder
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 kg fresh fish fillets

Method:

1. Combine the butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, paprika or chilli powder, and parsley.

2. In separate foil sheets, baste the fish fillets with the lemon and garlic mix. Afterwards, wrap the fish in foil.

3. Add the foil-wrapped fish to the grill for 10 minutes. Turn the fish over and let it grill for another 10 minutes.

4. Remove the fish from the grill. Cut open the foil to remove the fish. Serve with a side of salad and chips.
