No-Bake Honey Milk Tart

Ingredients:
For the base:
200g sweet tea biscuits, crushed
125ml butter
For the filling:
750ml milk
65ml honey
4 eggs
65ml sugar
45ml cake flour
45ml corn flour
30ml butter
5ml vanilla or almond essence
Ground cinnamon, to sprinkle
Method:
1. For the base, crush the biscuits and stir in the butter.
2. Press the crumbs into the base of a pie dish.
3. Refrigerate while making the filling.
4. For the filling, place the milk in a medium saucepan and bring it to the heat.
5. Whisk the honey, eggs, sugar, and both flours together.
6. Pour the hot milk over the honey mixture, and strain the custard through a sieve back into the saucepan.
7. Return the saucepan to medium heat, whisking continuously until the custard thickens.
8. Remove from the heat and whisk in the butter and the essence.
9. Pour the hot custard into the prepared pie dish.
10. Sprinkle the top of the tart with ground cinnamon.
11. Cool completely before serving.
