Pear Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 large pear washed and diced
1/2 large ripe banana
125ml unsweetened almond milk
4 tablespoons rolled oats
125g Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 teaspoon allspice
1cm fresh ginger, peeled
Method:
1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
2. If needs be, add more milk as needed to achieve a desired consistency, or honey for a sweeter taste.
3. Serve immediately.
