Peppadew, Cheese and Chive Muffins

Ingredients:
500ml flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
80ml peppadews, chopped
1 extra large egg
225ml water
60g yellow margarine, melted
250ml cheddar, grated
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl.
3. Add in the chives, peppadews, egg, water, and melted margarine, then stir well.
4. Stir in the grated cheese.
5. Spoon the mixture into greased muffin pans. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Allow to cool, serve and enjoy!
