Pineapple and Carrot Salad

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon seasoned sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 ripe pineapple, cored and quartered, cut into paper thin slices
4 medium carrots, spiral cut or grated
6 radishes, finely sliced into rounds
60ml honey mustard dressing
Method:
1. In a large bowl, mix the seasoned sea salt and cumin together with the pineapple slices, carrots and radishes.
2. Toss the salad to coat.
3. Season and dress just before serving with the honey mustard dressing.
