Pomegranate and Grape Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 ripe pomegranates
175g green grapes, seedless
6 fresh or dried dates, stoned
300ml orange juice
2-3 cardamom pods, crushed
4 ice cubes
Method:
1. Cut the pomegranates in half and scoop out the seeds. Place the seeds into a blender.
2. Add in the grapes, dates, orange juice, cardamom pods and ice cubes. Whizz in a blender for one to two minutes.
3. Pour the mixture into glasses and serve.
