Raspberry, Apple and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

120ml coconut water
2 medium-sized bananas
1 large apple, sliced
250g raspberries, frozen
4 ice cubes

Method:

1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend fo 90 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.

2. If needs be, add more coconut water or ice as needed to achieve thick and creamy consistency.

3. Serve immediately.
