Raspberry Basil Canapes

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream. full fat or light
1/2 to 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Salt
20 crackers
20 fresh raspberries
20 small basil leaves
Method:
1. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, the balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt, and taste. If you cannot really taste the balsamic vinegar in the sauce, add a little bit more and even another pinch of salt before tasting again.
2. Put a 1/2 teaspoon dollop of the vinegar sauce onto each cracker. Using the sauce as a glue to stick on a single raspberry. Place a single basil leaf onto each dollop.
