Raspberry Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients:

Half a cup of raspberries, keeping a few for garnish
Half a cup of rolled oats
1 cup plain yoghurt
1 cup water
1 cup ice
1 tbsp honey

Blend together in a blender until deliciously smooth. Top with a few whole raspberries for garnish. Serve at room temperature, or refrigerate to serve cold.
