Raw Spiced Butternut Squash Smoothie

Ingredients:
350g cooked butternut squash
1/2 cup milk
3 dates
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon each of ground cloves, allspice, and nutmeg
A splash pure vanilla extract
A few ice cubes
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and process until blended and smooth.
2. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
