Red Zinger Smoothie

Ingredients:

240ml almond milk
300ml orange juice
A handful of beet greens
1 small beet, chopped
1 teaspoon minced red onion
140g frozen mango
140g frozen strawberries
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cayenne

Method:

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend until the mixture is smooth.

2. Pour the mixture into large serving glasses.
