Saffron Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 banana, peeled
120g milk
1/2 tablespoon of honey
230g yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon saffron
Ice (optional)
Method:
1. Chop the banana into several pieces. Mix these together with honey, milk and yoghurt in a mixing jar or blender.
2. Drop the saffron strands in some water to release the smell and color. Remove the strands from the water and then add the liquid to the mixture.
3. Blend until the mixture becomes very smooth. Optionally, add a little ice before mixing again.
4. Pour the mixture into glasses and serve.
