Strawberry Fridge Tart

Ingredients:

For the base:

170g Tennis biscuits, finely crushed
75ml butter, melted

For the filling:

60g strawberry-flavoured jelly powder
200ml boiling water
125g cream cheese (at room temperature)
125ml plain yoghurt
1 tin condensed milk

For the topping:

400g strawberries, sliced

Method:

1. To make the base, mix together the melted butter and crushed biscuits, then press into a serving dish.

2. To make the filling, dissolve the jelly powder in boiling water, then set aside.

3. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, yoghurt and condensed milk, then stir in the jelly.

4. Pour onto the biscuit base. Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour until it sets.

5. After removing the tart from the refrigerator, arrange the sliced strawberries on top before serving.
