Sunrise Apricot Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
190g fresh apricots, rinsed, pitted and cut in small pieces
60g natural plain yogurt
240ml milk
2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup
190g fresh strawberries, rinsed and cut in half
Method:
1. Place the apricots, yogurt, about 60ml to 80ml of milk, and one teaspoon honey together in a blender or food processor. Mix for a few minutes until the mixture is smooth.
2. Serve the apricot smoothie in two glasses until half way.
3. Next, mix the strawberries in a blender with the remaining milk and honey. Pour carefully on top of the apricot smoothie.
