Vanilla and Chocolate Pudding Cups

Ingredients:
115g vanilla-flavoured instant pudding
475ml cold milk, divided
115g chocolate-flavoured instant pudding
125g raspberries
1 tablespoon icing sugar
Method:
1. In a medium-sized bowl, use a wire whisk to beat together the vanilla pudding and 237g milk for two minutes. Pour into four dessert glasses. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
2. In another medium-sized bowl, use the whisk to beat together the chocolate pudding and the remaining milk milk for two minutes. Pour this over the vanilla pudding layer. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
3. Top the pudding cups with raspberries and sprinkle with icing sugar. Refrigerate until the cups are ready to serve.
